Whipped Ricotta Hot Honey Dip

If you haven't tried our new Beekeeper's Cherry Hot Honey yet, this whipped ricotta dip is the perfect place to start. All you need is a few simple ingredients and 5 minutes to whip up this delicious appetizer that's the perfect balance of sweet and spicy!

Ingredients:

• 2 cups ricotta
• juice from half a lemon
• 1/4 tsp salt
• pinch of ground pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 cup Cherry Republic Beekeeper's Cherry Hot Honey
• 1-2 tsp fresh rosemary
• 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
• Serve with sliced baguette

Instructions:

1. In a food processor or blender, add ricotta, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until mixture is smooth. Spread mixture into a shallow dish.
2. Drizzle 1/4 cup of Cherry Hot Honey over ricotta mixture.
3. Top with chopped walnuts & rosemary
4. Serve with sliced baguette, toasted and enjoy!
