Whipped Ricotta Hot Honey Dip

If you haven't tried our new Beekeeper's Cherry Hot Honey yet, this whipped ricotta dip is the perfect place to start. All you need is a few simple ingredients and 5 minutes to whip up this delicious appetizer that's the perfect balance of sweet and spicy!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups ricotta
- juice from half a lemon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pinch of ground pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup Cherry Republic Beekeeper's Cherry Hot Honey
- 1-2 tsp fresh rosemary
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Serve with sliced baguette
Instructions:
- In a food processor or blender, add ricotta, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until mixture is smooth. Spread mixture into a shallow dish.
- Drizzle 1/4 cup of Cherry Hot Honey over ricotta mixture.
- Top with chopped walnuts & rosemary
- Serve with sliced baguette, toasted and enjoy!
