Company holidays and events may affect ship date Recipients in the Great Lakes region should receive their packages within two business days. Due to being located in rural Northern Michigan, the rest of the country will receive their packages in 2-4 days. Free Shipping Extended to our APO/FPO addresses. Shipping Information

Shipping Costs:

• All orders totaling $99 and above qualify for FREE Ground Shipping.
• Orders below $99 incur a shipping fee of $14.95 for Ground Shipping.

Need Expedited Shipping? Within the continental United States, you can opt for Expedited Shipping at a rate of $24.95.

Please note:

Alaska and Hawaii have additional charges due to their unique geographical locations.
Free shipping extended to our APO/FPO addresses.

The specific shipping rate will be provided after entering your shipping address but before finalizing your order.

Please be aware:

• Expedited 2-day shipping is available from Monday to Thursday.
• Orders placed after 11 AM on Thursday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
• The clock for delivery starts when the delivery service picks up the package, not when the order is submitted.
• The shipping method chosen during checkout affects only the transit time.
• Our fulfillment team may hold some orders to maintain product quality.
• Tracking updates automatically once the carrier has the package.

Free Shipping:

• Free shipping applies to Ground Shipping methods, unless stated otherwise.
• Certain products and promotions might offer discounts on expedited methods when applicable.

• Wine shipments require expedited shipping with a signature at delivery.
• Shipping perishable items over weekends or holidays is not recommended.

Claims And Exceptions:

• Report damaged or spoiled items to our friendly service ambassadors within 24 hours of delivery with images for replacement or refund.
• Damages due to incorrect addresses, extended transit times due to weather, unopened packages, or recipient unavailability sometimes happen despite our best efforts, contact our service ambassadors to help.

Product Availability:

• If an ordered item is out of stock, we'll suggest a suitable substitute of similar quality.
• If you decline substitutions, your order will proceed without the out-of-stock item, and you'll be refunded. We do not backorder products.
