Ground Shipping:

Free ground shipping excludes orders containing cases, alcohol, and wholesale orders.
Expedited Shipping:
Need expedited shipping? 2-day expedited shipping is available within the continental U.S. for a rate of $24.95.
- 2-Day Expedited Shipping is available within the continental U.S. for street addresses only.
- Orders that qualify for Free Shipping may upgrade to Expedited Shipping for $14.95.
- Expedited Shipping is available Monday–Thursday only. Orders placed after 11 AM EST Wednesday through Sunday will be processed the following week.
- Please note: delivery timelines begin once the carrier receives your package, not when the order is placed.
During warmer months, products containing chocolate or cheese require Expedited Shipping to help ensure quality upon arrival.
Complimentary cold packs are automatically included with these orders.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, though company holidays, special events, and seasonal order volume may occasionally affect shipping timing
- Since we ship from beautiful and rural Northern Michigan, most destinations across the country can expect delivery within approximately 2–4 business days once the package is in transit.
Planning ahead for a special occasion?
- You can select a Future Ship Date at checkout. This date tells us when to begin processing your order, it is not a guaranteed delivery date. Your selected shipping method affects transit time after your order ships but does not change processing times. For the freshest arrival, we recommend choosing a ship date that avoids weekends and holidays, especially for perishable treats.

- Please report any damaged or spoiled items within 24 hours of delivery and include photos so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
- While we do our best to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition, delays or damages caused by incorrect addresses, weather-related transit issues, unopened packages, or recipient unavailability can occasionally occur. If something happens, our Service Ambassadors are happy to help.
Product Availability:
- All gift orders are subject to availability. If something is out of stock, we'll suggest a comparable substitute.
- If you decline the recommended substitutions, your order will proceed without the out-of-stock item, and you'll be refunded. We do not backorder products during our holiday season.
