Chocolate Cherry Espresso Martini

If you love espresso martinis and can't say no to a chocolate covered cherry, than this drink is for you! Made with Cherry Republic Northern Nightcap, rich espresso and a hint of chocolate, making it the perfect late night indulgence. 

Ingredients:

Makes 2

• 2 x 50ml Cherry Republic Northern Nightcap
• 2 x 50ml coffee liqueur
• 2 x 50ml vodka
• 2 shots espresso
• 25 ml Cherry Almond Simple Syrup

Instructions: 

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients.
2. Shake well until chilled and frothy.
3. Strain evenly into two martini glasses.
4. Garnish with Craft Cocktail Cherries and shaved dark chocolate.
5. Enjoy!
