Charcuterie Nachos

These aren’t your average nachos. Think salty, crispy kettle chips loaded with gooey cheese, torn prosciutto, and a drizzle of our Beekeeper’s Cherry Hot Honey that brings just the right mix of sweet and heat. Toss a handful of fresh arugula and grate parmesan cheese on top and you’ve got a snack that feels fancy enough for a get-together but easy enough to throw together on a weeknight. It’s the kind of dish that disappears fast, so you might want to make an extra batch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag kettle potato chips
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • 4-6 slices prosciutto, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 2-3 tablespoons Beekeeper's Cherry Hot Honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh arugula
  • 1/4 parmesan cheese 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread kettle chips evenly on baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the chips.
  4. Tear prosciutto and arrange pieces evenly across the nachos. 
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  6. Drizzle Beekeeper's Cherry Honey on the nachos.
  7. Finish by adding a handful of arugula and freshly grated parmesan on top. 
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
