Charcuterie Nachos

These aren’t your average nachos. Think salty, crispy kettle chips loaded with gooey cheese, torn prosciutto, and a drizzle of our Beekeeper’s Cherry Hot Honey that brings just the right mix of sweet and heat. Toss a handful of fresh arugula and grate parmesan cheese on top and you’ve got a snack that feels fancy enough for a get-together but easy enough to throw together on a weeknight. It’s the kind of dish that disappears fast, so you might want to make an extra batch.
Ingredients:
- 1 bag kettle potato chips
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
- 4-6 slices prosciutto, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 2-3 tablespoons Beekeeper's Cherry Hot Honey
- 1/2 cup fresh arugula
- 1/4 parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread kettle chips evenly on baking sheet.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the chips.
- Tear prosciutto and arrange pieces evenly across the nachos.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle Beekeeper's Cherry Honey on the nachos.
- Finish by adding a handful of arugula and freshly grated parmesan on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
