Winter has certainly made itself known here in Northern Michigan—and this past weekend’s blizzard has kept us on our toes (and our snow shovels very busy).
Due to the severe weather conditions since Saturday, our Empire facility has had to temporarily close for the safety of our team. As a result, shipping carriers like USPS and FedEx have also been operating with limited pickups and adjusted transit schedules, which may cause delays in orders leaving our warehouse and arriving at their destination.
We’re working hard to get everything back up and running as quickly and safely as possible, and our team will be back to packing and shipping orders as soon as conditions allow.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this stretch of winter weather. Apparently, spring got the memo… but decided not to show up just yet.
