Honey Sriracha Glazed Meatballs

If you’re looking for an easy dinner or appetizer that brings both sweet and heat, these honey sriracha glazed meatballs deliver every time. The sauce is simple but packed with flavor. Garlic, ginger, honey, and our new Cherry Sriracha come together to create a sticky glaze that coats every bite perfectly.
The best part is you can use whatever meatballs you like. Homemade, frozen, beef, turkey, or even plant based all work great. Toss them in the sauce and you’ve got a crowd pleasing dish that works just as well for game day as it does for a quick weeknight dinner over rice.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp – 1/4 cup Cherry Sriracha (depending on spice preference)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Prepared meatballs of your choice
Directions:
-
Prepare your meatballs according to your preferred recipe or package instructions. Once cooked through, set them aside and keep warm.
-
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, honey, salt, and black pepper.
-
Whisk everything together and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Let the sauce cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it becomes slightly thickened and glossy.
-
Add the cooked meatballs to the pan and gently toss until they are fully coated in the honey sriracha glaze. Let them simmer in the sauce for another 2 to 3 minutes so the flavor soaks in.
-
Serve warm as an appetizer, spooned over rice, or with toothpicks for easy sharing.
Tips:
-
Use 2 tablespoons of Cherry Sriracha for mild heat or up to 1/4 cup if you like it spicier.
-
This sauce also works well on chicken wings, roasted vegetables, or grilled shrimp.
-
Sprinkle with sesame seeds or sliced green onions before serving for a little extra flavor and crunch.
