Cherry Sriracha Sushi Bake
This delicious Cherry Sriracha Sushi Bake combines flaky salmon, fluffy jasmine rice, creamy cheese and mayo, and our sweet-and-spicy Cherry Sriracha all in one dish. Top it with avocado, green onions, and everything bagel seasoning, and you’ve got a dinner that’s packed with flavor.

The best part? Everything gets layered into a baking dish and popped in the oven. It’s a great weeknight dinner when you’re craving something a little different, or an easy dish to share with friends.
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 cups uncooked jasmine rice
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup low-fat mayo
- 2 tbsp Cherry Sriracha, plus 1 tbsp for drizzling
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 spring onions, sliced, plus more for topping
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the salmon. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Bake the salmon for 15–18 minutes, or until cooked through. Let it cool, then flake it with a fork.
- Make the rice. Cook the jasmine rice according to the package instructions.
- Mix the salmon. Add the flaked salmon, softened cream cheese, mayo, 2 tablespoons of Cherry Sriracha, soy sauce, and sliced spring onions to a bowl. Mix everything together until creamy and well combined.
- Build your bake. Spread the cooked rice evenly into a baking dish, then layer the salmon mixture over the top.
- Bake it up. Bake for 14 minutes, until the top is golden and slightly crisp.
- Add the good stuff. Drizzle the remaining Cherry Sriracha over the top, then add extra spring onions, sliced avocado, and everything bagel seasoning.
- Dig in! Serve warm and enjoy!
