For larger or custom orders, we ask for about two weeks' notice. If you need custom corporate gifts with logos, cards, or other branded add-ons, an extra week helps us get every detail right. There is no minimum order. Self-service is great for corporate gift box orders of any size. Concierge service is best when you're sending to more than 100 recipients or need custom design support.
Most orders ship within a few business days. During peak seasons, please allow up to 14 business days. Orders ship via FedEx or USPS, with tracking sent to the email provided.
Cherry Republic is not responsible for carrier delays, such as weather and high volume. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
Cancellations are accepted up to 5 days before your scheduled ship date. Orders placed or modified within 5 days of the ship date are final and non-refundable.
Yes. Will-call pickups are available at our flagship Traverse City and Glen Arbor retail stores, as well as Ann Arbor. Please plan for a 14-day lead time. In a pinch, contact us and we'll do our cherry best to accommodate your request.

Chocolate, cheese, and other perishable items may require expedited shipping for $24.95. Reusable cold packs are included as needed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all addresses are accurate. We recommend getting in touch with recipients who may be traveling or have moved ahead of sending gifts. Changes after shipment may incur a $24.95 fee per package and may delay delivery.
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept check and ACH for orders over $500. For ACH setup, please send any forms your team needs ahead of time, and our team will complete within 1-2 business days.
Republic Rewards points can't be redeemed on Corporate Gifts orders, though you're eligible for the best discounts through our channel. Republic Rewards are designed for personal use online and in the retail stores.
