Charcuterie Dip With Baked Brie

If you love a good charcuterie board, this one’s for you. We took all the sweet, savory, and crunchy elements you’d layer onto a board and baked them into one warm, melty dip. Creamy brie, salty prosciutto, sweet pepper jelly, toasted walnuts, and a drizzle of hot honey come together for the ultimate crowd-pleasing bite!
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
- 3-4 slices prosciutto, torn
- 1/4 cup Cherry Pepper Jelly
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1-2 tablespoons Beekeeper's Cherry Hot Honey
- Crackers, toasted baguette slices or crostini for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut and place the wheel of brie into a small baking dish.
- Add torn prosciutto, and spoonfuls of cherry pepper jelly over brie cubes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the brie is soft and gooey.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped walnuts.
- Drizzle a generous amount of hot honey and serve with your dipper of choice.
