We've taken a classic autumn recipe and kicked it up a notch with the addition of Montmorency Dried Cherries and Cherry-Infused Maple Syrup. We used a combination of Granny Smith and Gala apples to give a nice balance of tart and sweet fruit, but you can use your favorite variety. Then just pass the ice cream!

We came upon this yummy summer salad recipe at TwoHealthyKitchens.com and thought it was a winner! So we've tweaked it a bit and made it our own a bit using some of our favorite Cherry Republic products. Enjoy this on a warm summer night ... or anytime of year!

Brush grilling rack with oil. While grill is heating, lay salmon skin side down on a cutting board and cut crosswise into 4 equal pieces. Drizzle about ¼ cup of Cherryaki Sauce over salmon; allow to marinade for 10 minutes.
