Fall Pumpkin Cookies

Erin our own Cherry Republic Graphic Designer shares her top secret family recipe so the Republic can enjoy these delicious round treasures this fall. The Marketing Department fully expects these for the office soon...hint, hint.

Preheat oven to 350°


  • 1 C Granulated sugar
  • 2/3 C Brown sugar
  • 2/3 C Vegetable oil
  • 1 C Pumpkin fresh pureed or canned
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 c AP flour
  • 1 1/2 c old fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tbp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 8oz bag of either Cherry Nut Mix or Cherry Ambassador Nut Mix, roughly chopped


  1. Whisk both sugars, oil, pumpkin, and vanilla together.
  2. In a separate bowl mix together flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir in the nut mix.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until just brown around the edges.
