Changes in the Republic
We are excited to share with you all we have been working on this spring. We hope you enjoy the photos below.
Above is a birds eye view from inside our NEW Frankenmuth store. Our staff worked hard to get this store up and running just a few weeks ago, just in time for the famous 2016 Dog Bowl . Katie, our Ann Arbor store manager, is pictured below with one of the dog bowl winners Dexter. Katie tried to take a photo with every four legged customer that stopped by.
Our Grand Café in Traverse City received a little makeover, complete with a cherry tree in the middle of the dining room! There are new bakery cases and counter tops to display our beautiful cherry pies, plus a grab and go cooler with tons of yummy cafe favorites like our Cherry Humus and Cherry Chicken Salad.
Artist Dewey Blocksma came into our cafe and installed a real cherry tree. This great addition to our dining area is a whimsical place to enjoy a bite to eat. We have big plans for this tree and it will be seasonally decorated throughout the year.
Around the cherry tree we have also put in a few comfy places to sit and relax while enjoying a piece of our famous Cherry Pie.
We have two new barbecue products just in time for summer! Below is the beginnings of a new dish called the "walking taco" with our new Manitou Gold BBQ Sauce. Our chefs have also created a great new salad using our Smoky Cherry BBQ Dressing.
There are also a few new items on the Grand Café menu like these pretzel bites with whatever Cherry Republic dipping sauce you want... even jam! All you have to do is ask. The picture below is of our Cherry Horseradish Sauce and Cherry Artisian Mustard
This is a picture of The Red Ladder, our new line of non-food products, carefully selected to pair with our mission and food products. So far it has received rave reviews and is a fun place to spend some time looking around.
