Cherry Stompers / Jr Leaders
Sign your kids up for Cherry Republic's Cherry Stompers Day Camp and give them an "up north" experience to remember!
Cherry Stompers Program
Cherry Republic is proud to announce our third summer of Cherry Stompers; a nature filled activity based day camp in the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.
Cherry Stompers crams an entire summer of fun into a single day. Kids will explore the dunes, swim in the rivers and lakes, learn about wildlife, play games, and develop leadership skills. Licensed camp professionals hired by Cherry Republic will lead the outdoor adventures. It’s all about having fun while learning everything there is to know about the National Lakeshore & Leelanau County. Your kids will even be able to show you some secret spots at day’s end.
Jr Leaders Program
Want to become a Cherry Stomper counselor one day? Work with the Cherry Stomper staff to learn leadership, teaching, outdoor skills and much more! Learn to facilitate camp activities and help the Cherry Stomper staff with daily camp duties.
You can sign up and pay for both programs online. We tried to make it easy, but please give us a call if you have any questions. We apologize for all the questions we need you to answer. Our mean lawyers insisted we ask them all.
* While the camp is primarily intended for children ages 7-14, we can accommodate younger children in certain circumstances, especially if they have an older sibling attending the camp.
The Cherry Stompers / Jr Leaders programs runs from June 19 through August 11 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Note: Scholarships are available. Please email email@example.com for more information or to apply for a scholarship.
