  • Cherryaki Chicken Lettuce Wraps

    Cherryaki Chicken Lettuce Wraps

    Ingredients:

    1 1/4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked & diced

    2 Tbsp. canola oil

    6 Tbsp. Cherry Republic's Cherryaki sauce

    1 1/2 Cup  shredded carrots

    2/3 Cup dried Montmorency cherries, chopped

    1/2 Cup green onions, chopped

    1/3 Cup almonds, toasted & sliced

    2  heads of lettuce(iceberg or romaine), washed

    Directions:

    Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat, cook chicken 3 to 4 minutes on each side, remove when cooked and cool, dice

    In a large bowl add chicken and Cherryaki sauce toss until coated, add remaining ingredients and mix together

    On a large sheet tray, lay out large lettuce leaves, spoon chicken filling onto each lettuce leaf. Serve and enjoy!!

  • Savory Phyllo Shells with Balaton Wine

    Savory Phyllo Shells 

    Ingredients:

    1 1/2 Cup Cherry Republic's Balaton wine

    1 Cup dried Montmorency cherries

    2 eggs, lightly beaten

    2 tsp. minced garlic

    16 oz, feta cheese, crumbled

    2-10 oz. boxes frozen spinach, chopped, thawed & squeezed dry

    5 Packages of mini phyllo shells

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees

    In a small bowl, soak cherries with wine for 30 minutes, remove cherries with strainer and set aside

    In a separate bowl, mix together egg, garlic, feta, spinach and cherries

    On a large sheet tray, lay out phyllo shells, spoon filling into each shell and bake for 6-8 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!

  • Cherry Root Beer & Cherry BBQ sauce sliders

    Cherry Republic's Cherry Root Beer & Cherry BBQ sauce pulled pork sliders

    Ingredients

    4 lbs. pre-cooked pulled pork

    16 oz. Cherry Republic's Root Beer

    4 Cup Cherry BBQ sauce

    5 - dozen mini pretzel buns or your favorite bun!

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees

    In a large bowl, mix together root beer and BBQ sauce

    In a large baking pan with sides, heat pulled pork with sauce mixed thoroughly, covered with tinfoil until hot

    Add pulled pork to a large crock pot to keep hot

    Serve pulled pork on buns. Top with favorite toppings. Enjoy!

  • Hostess’ Favorite Appetizer

    Hostess’ Favorite Appetizer

    Ingredients

    8 oz. Cream cheese softened

    14 oz. bag of a cherry republic nut mix*

    9 oz. jar of Cherry Republic Jelly*

    Directions

    Spread cream cheese in the center of a serving plate. Cover with CR jelly and top with crushed nut mix. Surround with your favorite crackers. Serve and enjoy!

    *Suggested Nut Mixes: Cherry Nut Mix, Sweet & Spicy Cherry Nut Mix, Ambassador Mix

    *Suggested CR Jelly: Cherry Pepper Jelly, Jalapeno Pepper Jelly, People’s Pepper Jelly, any of our jams!

  • Pork Medallions with Cherry Mimosa Conserve

    Cherry Republic's Cherry Mimosa Conserve thickens when you refrigerate it, but because of the juice content it gets more liquid when you work with it as a sauce; so it takes more time to get the water to evaporate and sauce to thicken.
