Ingredients:

Salt

Dry Milk Powder
- 1
Egg
- 1
cup
Water
- 3 1/4
cup
AP Flour (Sifted)
- 2
tablespoon
Baking Powder
- 1
cup
Dried Cherries

Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl with a paddle attachment mix together butter, sugar, salt, and milk powder until combined.
2. Add egg and water and mix until incorporated.
3. While mixer is off add the flour and baking powder.
4. Mix on low speed until incorporated.
5. Fold in the dried cherries.
6. Roll out dough onto a floured surface and cut into desired shape and height (they will double in size when being baked).
7. Brush with Milk
8. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Yield: 10 -12 Large Biscuits
