Cherry Baked Goods

We start by making a bittersweet brownie from French and Belgian chocolate, then frost it with a melt-in-your-mouth cherry chocolate fudge ganache (think truffles). Two brownies per package. The Cherry Melt Brownie is best eaten within 10 days of purchase, or can be frozen. In the freezer they stay fresh for about a month.
