Cherry Baked Goods

We use extra creamy European-style butter so the cake stays moist 'til the last bite. Baked in a bundt pan & topped with dried cherries, pecans, almonds and cinnamon from Sri Lanka. 3 lb. cake serves about 12.
10 day shelf life, unfrozen. Can be frozen.
