Computer Problems are the worst! First of all, we are sorry you are having difficulties using our website. We certainly hope that if you want to contact us about your problem you can tell us about your system (Windows, what version, AOL? Internet Explorer, etc) so that we can avoid such an error in the future. But before you send us that email, here are a couple of things you might want to try first! Thanks!

Problem:
I can't login

Solution:
If you can't login you can reset your password [go here], if that fails to work you can skip the login step and proceed to the next page. Just click below the Yellow Box of Copy! You will then just enter your information and before you know it your cherries will be on the way!


Problem:
When I checkout, keeps telling me I haven't filled in something and says there is a red X, I see no Red X!!!

Solution:
This can sometimes be caused by older versions of Internet Explorer, our best advice to this and any other computer weirdness is to download and use Firefox. You can download it here.

Problem:
How do I send to multiple recipients?

Solution:
To send to multiple recipients:
1. Select all the products you'd like to send in your gifts.
2. Proceed to checkout. At the top of the first page, be sure to select the number of recipients you wish to send to. (Max of 10 at a time)
3. On the next page it will ask you for recipient address and shipping date / type information. Fill out each section for each recipient.
4. The next page will list every item you have. To the right of each item is a drop down menu. Select which person you'd like to receive each item.
5. Near the end of check out on the confirmation page, it will list each recipient with the items they will receive. Go back and correct as necessary.
6. Proceed with checkout as per usual were you to only be shipping to one address.

Problem:
I tried to hide my cherries in my computer, now it smells and runs funny

Solution:
Don't hide your cherries where it's hot, like in your computer, or your stove, or under your hood. Our advice would be to get a lock box.
