What should I expect?

First, everyone is covered.
Regardless if you are the buyer or the gift recipient we want you to be impressed with us. If anything is wrong, please contact us right away so we can have the opportunity to regain your trust.

Returns.
We would rarely ever ask you to return anything, it is food, and serves no purpose being restocked or reused. In a rare occasion we may ask to have you send something back to better help us investigate and correct any issues you are seeing.

Product satisfaction.
If something does not meet your expectations or does not "taste right" we will substitute a new product, give a refund or a credit, whichever you prefer. This is a no questions asked policy, your opinion is what matters to us. One condition, all of our foods come with cherries in it, no negotiating.

Receiving our Packages.
After 20 years of shipping food products all over the world we have heard a lot of crazy stories. Once someone had to chase after a raccoon stealing his gift box! We take extra care so our packages leave our company ready for its trip to you or your gift recipient. However, every once and a while our boxes get abused during its travels. If you open your box and something is wrong such as, broken, melted, smashed, missing or otherwise, don't hesitate to contact us and we will come up with a solution that works for you.
