Employment Opportunities in the Republic

We may not have any specific positions available at the moment, but don’t let that deter you.

Starting in March of every year (and sometimes before) we start thinking about what our summer is going to bring us and how we can entice the best and brightest to join our team for the season.

For instance we know now we need to find just the right person for the following positions:

Cafe Manager: Past experience at corralling a plethora of young adults into a finely tuned service machine!! This is a position requiring 45 - 50 hours of work a week for 8 of your weeks, overseeing the quality of food coming from the kitchen, hiring staff, scheduling, mentoring, providing over the top customer service and making sure fun is had by all.

Kitchen Chef: “What?” you say is this? Well, hopefully you’re aware we use cherries in EVERTHING here at the Republic and though we have our cherry chicken salads, cherry breads, cherry burgers and other cherry favorites, we’re always on the look out for a new cherry menu item our customers will make one of their new favorites. This position also includes scheduling your line, monitoring food costs and being a team leader.
