As we did last week, here is another tribute to the Mother of the Republic, Mary Sutherland. Now, this one is much more mushy than last week, so be prepared for some sentimental moments. Ugh, I can't believe that I am OK'ing this to be seen by the world.... If you have anything else to do right now, please do that instead. If you have to clean your junk drawer, delete old spam, pay some bills, please, please leave the computer alone and get to work... The only people that I will allow to watch this sappy video is anyone that was about to order bananas, apples or cranberries online.

Café Serving Food!
Our Come Visit page has been updated. It now includes a Google map, allowing you to get precise directions to either our Glen Arbor World Headquarters or our Traverse City Embassy. This couldn't come at a better time, as the Café is once again serving food in Glen Arbor. Open from 9-5 each day, the Spring Menu can be viewed on the Café's webpage (of course more items will be added as more people start coming by!). Stop in today, or start planning your trip for this summer.
Future of the Republic: Babies!
What's in the cherries in Glen Arbor? As you may know, Steph and I are having baby number two in 3 weeks, and we were not planning to have a baby for another year. What you may not know is that there are three other men working in Glen Arbor and each of their wives are pregnant too! Jon, our Internet and Art Director's wife Tara is having their second child (a girl) in June. Todd, our Chief Financial Officer's wife Kelly is due in August with their third little one. And Jason, our Director of Retail, and his wife Heather are due in September with their first baby. What's it all mean? I don't know, but every fertility researcher in the US seems to be crawling around the store studying the effects of Cherry Republic's cherries.
