Status of the Cherry Crop!
As temperatures hover around 70 degrees and the cherry blossoms decorate Republic trees, our attention has turned to the health of the cherry crop. According to Phil Korson, President of the Cherry Marketing Institute, "as we stand today, we have had some damage but the outstanding pollenating weather has us looking forward to a great crop!" As the buzz from bees pollenating the orchards become our new soundtrack, we too in the Republic look forward to another great harvest!
