Coming into the New Year, we want you to be the first to know that on January 16th, our flat rate shipping is going up slightly to $8.95. But the good news is that we were able to keep it at the lower rate when nearly all other internet companies had raised rates, and even now it remains a flat charge. Great Lakes Water Basin...
There has been lots of news lately about the Great Lakes basin and how water levels are low due to the droughts experienced by much of the U.S. I cannot express how important those lakes (especially the best of all-- Lake Michigan) are to the cherry farmers, the employees here at the Republic, and to all of us citizens who vacation on its shores. Also, as part of National Cherry Month in February, we are gathering several of our favorite recipes we have produced over the years and putting them on our web site for all to use. We would love to add recipes from our citizens, so send us your favorite cherry recipes and we will put them online for all to see! Just reply to this email.
