Video causes uproar! Spend $100, get a Free Coffee Cake continues! Several complaints about the video where logged with the Cherry Republic staff last week. Most of these included accusations of having too much fun, or curiousity on how we expect to introduce our new products if we are busy eating cake and playing with the Bears. We even received a cryptic, ranting message from an unidentified member of the Apple Republic, lamenting our Chocolate Cherry Coffee Cake for not containing apples. As amazed as we were to receive the rambling email, we were reminded that some fruits rot from the core.... To view the video in question click here. |

Celebrate Arbor Day this Friday... Cherry Republic owes a lot to trees, the cherry tree in particular, which is why we are encouraging you to celebrate Arbor Day by planting a tree. Arbor Day was the idea of J. Sterling Morton who in 1872 helped start a new holiday in Nebraska dedicated to tree planting. It is speculated that more than one million trees were planted on the first Arbor Day which is now celebrated throughout North America. Read more on Arbor Day here, or if you want to buy a cherry tree click here(Pay attention to your soil zone)! |
