State Theatre Last week you heard me mention the State Theatre opening. The State Theatre in Traverse City, Michigan was the number one grossing theater in the country for Lars and the Real Girl. Coming in second was Los Angeles, and in third place was New York City. "MGM told me that never before in the history of movies," said State Theatre owner Michael Moore, "has a national box office report read like one from last week." For the article go here. |

Snow right... Beautiful, fluffy, powdery snow is all over the north and it looks old fashioned and classic outside my window. I opened the front door for Gloria, Colebrook's babysitter, and found my thoughtful neighbor shoveling our sidewalk and his dog and our dog playing in the snow like otters. It was a movie-perfect scene. |
