Wish list...
We just put together a wish list for Cherry Republic. Top things on my wish list are: A wood stove for the Grand Café, a larger deck around the winery, and new large velvet banners for the Great Hall. Some of my managers' wishes are: Build a fourth bathroom and start a package storage and pickup system for the Traverse City store. Look for some of these changes in the years to come. Fall...
Fall is hitting us fast and hard. I wore a jacket to work for the first time this morning. The staff is asking me to turn the heat on, but I am hoping we can hold off at least a week longer. Yesterday the sun, clouds, and wind were fighting every fifteen minutes over whose turn was next. Colebrook had three walks interrupted as big, thick showers seemed to win in those fights.
