Traverse City Film Festival!
Downtown Traverse City is playing host to the Film Festival this week. As you can imagine things are quite busy in our Embassy and Soda Pop Shop. The downtown merchants are having a contest for best Film Festival window design. Here is our winning design! Better yet, stop in and see it yourself on your way to one of the films. Rain Orchard Crunch and Sour Patches are great with any movie. We are sponsoring the movie "Trainwreck" at the Traverse City Film Festival. All the tickets for that movie are sold out, but if you would like to see another movie head over to the Film Festival Website.
Summer Heats Up...
Yesterday it was so hot that I buzzed my managers and said, "Meet at my office at 3:00 for a swim." We then proceeded to walk through Glen Arbor with our suits and towels and jumped in. By the time we got back to work we were just as warm as before the swim, but there is something about a swim that improves outlook and attitude, and the last part of the day went great.
