Tony joined the Cherry Republic team in 2014 as our Corporate Chef. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Tony is a classically trained chef.
Tony brings his passion for flavorful foods and great recipes to Cherry Republic, and scored several big winners in the Grand Cafe in is first summer with his Cherry Bacon Marmalade Burger and his Stuffed French Toast.
